Drain repair required

Hey guys,

I have a house of about 2 years old with drainage tiles laid by the footers and under the basement slab. I have been hearing the sump pump cycle every minute for several weeks now, so I know the water is high. I went down today to find water on the ground, going up between the sump wall and the slab, but my drains do not flow faster.
It seems to me that if the water was high enough to raise the slab through the sump/slab joint, it should submerge my tiles. The clogged tile is my first guess, but it doesn't seem correct. I think there is a need for a plumber to repair the drain.

Someone with a clue?

Water forever will seek its own level. If the ground water level is higher the sump pump will be working more often/harder. The solution would be a larger volume sump pump with an adequate size discharge. It is that simple, barring any complications such as leaking walls or blocks filling with water.

depends where the sump pump system drains. The house my folks were in back in the 1980's the sump drain system went into an underground dry well. The problem is that if the soil can't drain that dry well fast enough, going to a larger drain system won't do anything but allow you to store more water in the drain.
