Drainage tiles for northern climate

Are there any decent tiles for around $2 / square foot? I'm in Minnesota and want a drainage tile. Don't need anything fancy, just durable.
Do you all caulk & seal the corners of floor to wall prior to install? Thanks!

The tiles need room for expansion and contraction, so a gap is left at the walls
