Drawer liner redux

I know the topic has been discussed here in the past but I don't remember a definitive answer. Where can I purchase a roll of drawer line exactly like what SO used for my KRL1022. My dealer can't find the pn for the rolls he thinks they used to sell and it has been far too expensive to buy liner kits and chop them up as I've done once now. Too much waste as well. I love the stuff and refuse to settle for less.

I just put an order in to the local MAC dealer for a 22"x25' roll of their good drawer liner. Dealer says its good stuff and I'm holding him to that. I don't know why it didn't occur to me earlier to check with MAC, probably all the Chaiwanese tools he couldn't sell me over the years, but I have my fingers crossed its close to the SO product.

Well not that it matters now but what box is this for? The KRL1022 has the same drawer layout as my KRL7002 I believe and I just ordered liners for it JI1001RL35NS

MtRyan sell really high quality liners on ebay cheap. I used these before and actually thought they were nicer than the SO ones. He sells multiple types and sizes but I think these are what I ordered to line my KRA2312 with.

I have several SO boxes I am retrofitting, an old Rick Mears edition that I'm restoring, a Classic series combo I have put together over the years to use at work, and my road chest. None of these have a kit available for them.

I'm afraid we're going to have to see pictures before we can proceed further.

Order the material from mtryan on ebay you wont be disappointed. No joke, I like it better than the SO KRL liner. They were super sticky! The only down side is having the cut it yourself. If you can track down one of those large paper cutters it would be a piece of cake.

Actually if anyone is interested my company supplies the same liners and PVC material to Matco and Snap on tools. We will give direct from the manufacturer pricing to anyone who mentions the garage journal.

The material comes in 24" and 52" wide stock right now, but we are looking into adding some OEM lines of the most popular boxes.

I am sure some folks here will be interested in this (myself included) if you can provide some details.

I need to finish lining my big Lista box and many of the drawers in my twin Equipto stacks.

I'm interested as well. My MAC liner came in last week, MACsimizer bulk liner made by Mantis. Good stuff but not up to the price. To ad an insult its Chaiwanese in origin. The stuff is pretty grippy and hasn't let the tools slide around so I'm giving it a tentative pass, should be cheaper though.

It has REALLY good reviews from what I have read.

I recently suggested it to a friend and he ordered some that will be here next week. I'll post back my thought.

is that 24x52? I am seeing on your site (assuming its the right site) that its 18x52, I need at least 22.

Thanks!

Any update on that liner?

I know it's not what the OP is looking for but I use some car audio closed cell foam as the liner in my KRA. Its sold by Rammatt as Ensolite. It's cheap, easy to work with and will eventually let the tool settle into the foam to hold it steady. Here's a link if anyone is interested: Ensolite foam padding.
