I ended up going with Eric at Nusource... these are samples he sent.... I went with the one on the right
Eric was great to work with, and I prefer this to the stuff in my KRL ,,,

How has this stuff held up so far? What made you choose the stuff on the right vs. the stuff on the left? Has the pattern left any pattern marks on any of your tools yet?

I use this black/grey ribbed cheap carpeting from Home Depot or Lowe’s. Works pretty good and has held up over time. The ribbing effect of the carpet helps to keep tools from sliding around.

I know this is an older thread but do you happen to recall the part number of what you ordered from Nusource. Which tackiness is which in that picture and which did you go with?

As I look on their webpage now they have several different options. If you buy it in roll form they give you two options, the SL35A (HIGH TACK) AND SL35B (MEDIUM TACK). If you buy precut sets then you don't get to choose the tack.

I bought a giant roll of yoga mat online ~10 years ago and it looks exactly like the RH sample in the pic above. It's held up great . I tried the HF, and the flat nu source that was supposedly like snap on and hated them as they were too sticky

I just bought the single sheets from Snap On and cut to size. Now that they have eliminated free shipping, I would not do again. (However, the liners themselves are fine.)

I lined the draws of the last one of my toolboxes with the liner from Harbor Freight. I have no complaints, and with the 20% off coupon it was cheap.

Go,to Lowes and buy the 36" wide black ribbed rubber floor runner material that's sold by the foot. Find it in the flooring section. Works better than any overpriced "toolbox" liner material I've seen.

After reading through this thread, I bought a 50' roll of that stuff, ribbed rubber runner. It is working very well, just cut it so the ribs run left-to-right instead of front-to-back, and it keeps the wrenches, etc. from sliding back every time you close the drawer.

Bring back an old thread, I need some liners for a new Rousseau box. Any new options in the last 2-3 years?

Not a new option, but my yoga mat liners are still holding up great.
