Drawer Slides for Old Snap-On Box

My dad recently passed away and I got his tool boxes. One of the boxes is a 3 drawer Snap-On KRA-429B. He got this box in the late 70's and he used it hard. Slides are in rough shape. Can I get replacement slides?

The other two are Craftsman one from 1976 the other from 1980ish. Slides on those are in rough shape as well.
