Dream house design

Houses in my neighborhood are going up in value like crazy. I’m looking to find out where to design a house I want to build. 1700sqft 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a attached 3000sqft RV garage/ garage 60’ wide by 50’ deep. Where would be a good place to draw up something that I can drool over and set money aside till I build one in the future.

Chief Architect is a pretty easy program to use and relatively cheap to buy for homeowners
