Dream Shop

Here is my dream shop.

It's 25' X 25' X 11' high, high-lift insulated door, Home Depot cabinets, AC/Heat unit, 4 in-wall stereo speakers, and a U-Coatit epoxy floor. (However, I wouldn't use U-Coatit again as I am dissapointed with it.)

The air supply is piped-in from the 80gal compressor located in my other 2 car garage.

My current project is the restoration of my '69 Vette roadster.

It is my dream shop but of course now my dreams are for bigger and better on my next house purchase.

That looks great! Much better that the way the previous owner had it.

So...is the newer garage off to the left used as a daily driver garage? I like the covered walkway between the two, BTW.

Exactly. The new garage I had built on the left side is for our daily drivers.
It's 24' wide so it has room for all the yard stuff also. I also put my 80 gallon compressor in the new garage and piped the air inside the cover over the walkway into the shop. It's sure nice not having the noise and heat from a compressor in the shop.

The original garage attached to the house is 25' X 25' X 11'. This is why I decided to make this one into my shop and build the new smaller (24' X 21' X 8') detached garage for the daily cars. I left the new garage walls unfinished on the inside.
