Ive been wanting a Dremel 4000, or 8000, whatever went on sale for the cheapest first, but I saw somebody in my town a few blocks away has a "mint. dremel 4000 up for sale for $60, it has just the case no attachments.

I offered to pick it up for $35 if it's truly mint because it has no attachments. But I'll try and knock it down to $30.

Is this worth $30-$35 with just the hard case and nothing else, or do the attachments and accessories that come with it make it worth the $70 retail?

Not sure what to do. Thanks!

An accessory kit is $35, and a new tool with box and basic accessories can be had for about 120.

Actually the new tool with box and basic accessories can be had for $69.99 with free shipping with Amazon.

Hence why I'm asking what you guy would do, or look out for when checking it out later.

The $70 kit looks to have very basic accessories. Getting the bare tool for $35 and adding a $30ish accessory kit will give you a much better setup for the same money.
