I'm looking to get my first Dremel, cordless sounds nice, I love the idea of lithium ion as opposed to nicad.
The other day after going to Sears I walked into the Dremel Stylus, being a hobbyist this automatically jumped out to me as the best possible thing ever, (I'm into light detailing, jewelry and stones, but could definitely use planar attachments, jig saw, cutting wheels etc.
After some research I see Amazon has it for $69, but theres also the Dremel 8000, which is more powerful, has more versatility options with attachments and accessories to go with, and is $67.00.
I'm hoping for a Black Friday deal to get it for under $60, but I see until midnight, Sears has the Stylus on sale for $63, with a 15% off, and than $5 off $50+ brings it to $58.00 with local pick up.
Should I go for the stylus, or wait for a deal on the 8000, simply for the versatility in attachments and all around better performance, or am I answering my own question and want to be convinced to just hold out a bit longer.
Thanks! -Chrislols
