Well I killed my second Dremel in 5 years. No surprise considering I beat the living hell out of these things.
I mailed it in to the Dremel repair center and for the second time they repaired it for free. The first one I had repaired wasn't even under warranty. This time around they sent it back UPS 2nd day air and threw in a free abrasive attachment.
From the paperwork it says that it needed a new switch and armature assembly. It was my fault for not letting it cool off after some really heavy use, I just kept using it.
Next time instead of putting some gloves on when the Dremel gets too hot to hold, I'll just let it cool off.
