Dremel Wire Wheel Recommendations

I use these Dremel-type wire wheels on a regular basis. I've tried the HF wheels where you get a good assortment and quantity for around $5.00, but they wear out quickly and I wind up picking wires out of my clothes. The Dremel brand are much better quality, but they want about $5.00 per wheel! Anyone have any recommendations for a quality wire wheel that's reasonably priced? Thanks in advance.

So where on net land probably Ebay I buy mine. 20 of the 1” was $22 last I noticed . Not as good as the $5 Dremels but as we all know you can easily trash one of those equally fast. I use mine mainly for cleaning up wire and terminal cOrrosion. I don’t remember the name but it was some online jewelry supply place that sold on eBay. I hope thst gives you some direction......

Finally found them, guys, and wanted to share it.

I found the wheels made by Weiler.

And here's he crazy part. When you look at the Dremel site, there's no COO listed for their wire wheels--we all know what that means. The Weilers are made in the USA. This almost never happens anymore--the USA product is less expensive. It's great to get such news. Considering they're selling the Chinese ones online like 20 of them for 7.99, goes to show how much Dremel may be scalping them just on the name.

Here's the link. You then have to go hunting for a dealer.

Thanks for chiming in, guys!

I like Weiler wire wheels on my Delta 8" bench grinder. I tried Home Depot Diablo, and I was lucky to catch it before it vibrated onto the floor, it's not bolted-down, when I turned it on. The Weiler was nothing of the sort. It's durable, too, and it doesn't throw-off pieces of wire.
