drill bit for hidden cabinet hinge

what kind of bit is this called? I can't use a hole saw since the drill bit sinks too deep for a cupboard door.

Forstner bit.

I made a jig to redrill some cabinet knobs for a friend, turns out the builder didn’t use one, so if I persisted in using my jig, things were gonna look like hell. Had to individually mark and then drill.
