That's how it works. No RMA number. Just mail it to the address on the sticker. Will they actually send a new one? Let us know.

ImcontactedmDrill Nog on eBay inquiring specifically about country of origin for a few products. Never heard back. So I assume China.

For you folks that have broken bits, what does it say in the shank of the drill?

I still had the things that I got the drill bits in to register, so I did register (at least some of the things I bought) and I sent in both a cobalt drill bit and a pilot bit and a couple of weeks later I got new ones in the mail. This was sometime about 3 months ago. So send them in. What's the worst that can happen? If they're broke they're broke.

Drill Hog is in fact made in USA, they are a bit elusive as to COO. I ordered a set of step bits, USA made, pretty good quality.

Broke one, need to send it back, havent pursued it yet.

Drill Hog is pretty much just an eBay seller that sources drill bits himself. The mailing address is apparently a P.O. box. There's no way the bits are Made in USA if they are covered for breakage. The last time I checked Norseman bits were around the same price and they don't come with a warranty. Snap on sells rebranded Thunderbits for 3-4 times as much and warranties those.

If you are saying that Norseman drills do not have a warranty then you are incorrect.

Read here.

This is what has happened sometimes on eBay and Amazon.

Tactic 1: A seller occasionally sells some legit USA drills. Sometimes they will buy some legit drill sets like Norseman. They turn around and resell them with their business card in the photo so that you start to think that their cmosny just sells USA made drills.

Tactic 2: Another tactic that has be tried is this. Buy a Huot USA made Index and pack it with Chinese drills and list “USA” in the listing and if you’re called on it then say you meant the case was USA made.

Tactic 3: Another tactic is that you buy legit USA made drills separately and pack them in the packaging of your choice. Do this infrequently and try to confuse buyers to think that everything you sell is USA made. Similar to tactic 1.

Tactic 4: use USA in your company name in an effort to confuse individuals about your overseas sourced products.

If you are buying USA made drills, they will be stamped USA. Period. Don’t be fooled.

Hope this helps.

Can someone provide the address that one is supposed to send the drill bits back to when they break? I have successfully done this once before, and they did send me the bits, but I don't remember where I got the address and don't have any email correspondence with them. Google currently no es mi amigo. Appreciate the assist.

I was looking at purchasing their set 9/16-1" so seeing all the USA on ebay sale a person would think they made in the US so I sent them a question if their drill bits are made here in US but never got a reply. So I purchase the Norseman set well the 4 piece set,8 piece was out of my budget.
So,are their drill bits any good?

I have not had any problems with the bits I purchased. I have not utilized the warranty as of yet.

I would recommend buying the harbor freight silver demming. I have them and have used them a bit. Many will vouch for the quality. And the price is the bonus. This is one of the hf excellent products in my opinion.
