I got this one for my Bosch 12v drill/drivers. its perfect and works great. Super easy to use, just drop in the drill and it is pretty secure. I don't usually have to use the locking strap since it is a good fit. Easy to use without looking down, no clips to fumble with and fast to remove. Its much more secure and faster to use then the belt clip.

they make a larger size for the 18v drills, I don't have this one but if its anything like the 12v one I'm sure you will like it.

I have a 2335 Milwaukee M12 drill Holster I like.

Won't do you much good though it's red and says Milwaukee on it :lol_hitti

I bought it for my old 2410 M12 drill. Those were the days of old before belt hooks came on the tools. It recommended for M12 series tools in all the specs but it perfectly fits my M18 2607 Hammer Drill so I'm sure it would work with the latest non Fuel brushless just fine too. :D
I do have all two leather ones I never use AND both say MAKITA on them. I had bought them for my Makita drills years ago before. No clue if they would work or not with the newer tools.
You should check Makita see what they offer.

I rather like using the tool belt clips they all come with now (at least Milwaukee does)

By hanging the tool upside down put the driver tip or drill bit out away from your leg. With the the holsters you sometimes get stabbed in the leg as the tip extends out the opening out bottom of the holster (you can see that in pic #2)
