Drill Press Info

Hello,

Need a little info on a drill press. My friend is selling his 14in bench top drill press but I could not find much info on it. It looks to be in good condition from a pic he sent me. I'm going to look at it tomorrow. It is a Sanchin 14in 3/4HP. I'm assuming it's an import because of the limited info I could find.

Side note.... Why can't I attach more than one pic from my iPad? I try to add multiples but it only uploads one.

If that press is an older taiwan built press, most were pretty decent. Still see a number of them in shops and grages, where they get used hard at times.

He said I could have it for $60. I would only be using it for plastic, aluminum, wood and maybe 1/8in steel. Nothing production scale, just weekend projects.
