Drill Press Repair Question

Newbie to the forum here.
I've got a Delta 12-inch (model 11-990) bench top drill press that I've had/used for years.
Recently, the spindle bent and I'd like to replace it.
The process of repairing it is pretty straightforward, but the problem is I cannot find a replacement spindle anywhere.
Do any of you good folks have recommendations where to find the darn thing?
I've tried Delta's website plus searching for the part via google (p/n: 1343776).
Really don't want to have to buy a brand new drill press simply because I can't find the replacement part.
Help!

I doubt you Will find new parts for it. I suspect used or buying a donor are your only choices.

Straightening it may work, beyond my skill set,

It's unusual to bend a spindle unless it fell over. Could it just be a bad chuck?

No, it's definitely the spindle. And I was surprised to learn it's actually fairly common; there are entire YouTube videos that exist about replacing bent spindle shafts on these lighter-duty drill presses.
