Its a Buffalo Forge, more modern style, classic made-in-usa tool, looks to be in good shape. Keep it lubricated and it will outlast you. Check images of "buffalo forge drill press"

Fwiw, The "old" style of Buffalo Forge drill press is a lineshaft machine (driven with flat leather belt from above or below. The "old" style looks like a strange tree with a bunch of parts hung from it.

As matt I says, it's a buffalo forge. Model 15, I believe.

How much is this worth as is? How much is it worth restored? How much labor/costs?

Well you perspective buyers of this will be small for starters. I have now idea of the cost of a restoration....that will depend on the material need to get it performing as designed. Labor? If you are it doing this yourself?......could b $20......$50.....$100 and hour.

Agree with 73RR and tomroblee. I have my dad's 1940 Craftsman drill press. All I've done to it is replace the belt and power cord. Keep it lubricated
