Neat. Looks like you have a 1-off, built by a high school back when they had all the metal working programs. There is probably no-one in the world with an identical one, and unlikely to be any surviving paperwork. So you'll be on your own regarding any parts or maintenance. It's probably modeled after a similar craftsman, atlas, etc of the time and probably uses some of the same bought components.

Yay! Drill press time. Got this Sunday from my dad. I said”you keeping that pop?” He said “uuuum I ...” . Too late,I was already at my truck .
