Drill Press

So i just went and looked at a used drill press. The brand on it was "Foremost tools". I have never heard of it. Is it any good? It looks to be in pretty nice condition. It looks to be only about 8 years old, tops. He wants $250 for it. What do you guys think?

Foremost was a J C Penny brand name. Pennys' used to have a full line of tools, but not sure when they got out of that market.

OK thanks for that info. Ive been searching the net everywere and cant find anything. My guess is that its not really that good of quality. And parts would probubly be hard to find. It also said on the Label, "Made in Taiwan".
