Seems as if it all hits at once .craftsman 19.2 volt batterys wont charge as charger just quit charging today,noticed last few times i used it hadda jiggle them in charger to make charger light up and charge as usuall,today while using it no light would come on.no problem grabbed 18 volt dewalt hammer drill,that things been beast over years.noticed sparkes flying outvents above trigger,could that be the brushes on that?and has any of you folks messed with chargers on sears units?accually been good outfit for last several years,has to be charger.paul
