Do you guys know how to use this drill guide? I have no idea what the plunger on the angle iron is for? Actually I have no idea what any of it is for? The dial rotates from where the peg is hitting the stop, all the way around to where the peg would hit the other side of the stop but I am failing to see what this does... Or how to use it... Thank you, Josh

Well I'd guess going by other sharpener jigs I've seen, the back of the drill goes against the plunger which you adjust up to where the flute of the drill goes against the calibration dial.

WAG The dial shifts the bit holder either closer to or further from the pivot point. This offset determines the relief behind the cutting edge.
