I was just watching Wheeler Dealers when they refurbed an old Army Jeep. After Edd drilled holes in the sheet metal, he had a hand tool that he used to clean off the drilled hole. Do you guys know what it's called and where I could get one?

If it was sheet metal I'd bet it was a de-burring tool

Reamers are for making accurately sized holes. It was probably a de-burring tool. Countersinks work great in thicker metal.

Deburing Tool. They are nice to have around. Shaviv is the name in deburing tools. Look at Shaviv Mango II kit. Comes with several blades and handle. About $20 on Amazon

The 1st example does any freshly cut metal edge and usually comes with differently shaped blades. The second example does holes of a certain size.

The one that Edd was using looked more like the Shaviv countersink, but I really like the Mango II with the deburring tip.

did it look like this? this is my PBSwiss reamer. it does a good job of cleaning up holes with a lite touch and will enlargen holes if you need just a little clearance.
