Drilling anchors into garage floor

Hey everyone,

I am in the middle of re-doing my garage, currently prepping the floor for rust bullet treatment and installing new cabinets. I have an old workbench, which is very nice, but a little unstable. I wanted to anchor it into the floor, however I have read online about the dangers of this if you have a post tensioned slab. I don't think I do, I haven't seen any stamps or plaques anywhere, but figured I would ask on here to be safe. I have uploaded some pictures of the only markings on the floor, I don't know if they mean anything or not, but figured maybe someone would know. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I don't know about the anchors but that would be a dandy floor to put a clear over. Nice natural color.

I don't believe that's a post tensioned. It's poured inside a stemwall and has control joints. they would have had to tension the slab before pouring the walls or through the wall. That's not usually how it's done.

I have a post tensioned slap complete with stem wall and control joints that looks very similar to the OP's

Mine is clearly stamped into the concrete - looks like this:

I noticed after a good pressure washing it did look pretty good. I hadn't even thought about a clear, but at this point, the products have already been ordered.

Mine is clearly stamped into the concrete - looks like this:

I have looked everywhere in the garage for any stamp and haven't seen one. Although, I have read that some post-tensioned garages haven't been stamped anyways so who knows.

Also, I am in Southern California. Home was built in 1992.
