What do I need to drill through concrete iron rebar? Special bits?

Core drilling is the best/easiest out there.

What size hole are we talking??? I spent a summer coring holes as an apprentice.

On walls, floors, roofs, you name it.

Broke a 6" one of these off once....had to move the hole, they are pure carbide, and you CAN'T drill through those very easy!

1/2", 3/8" diameter. I was reading, and apparently I need bits with 4-cutter tips. They are more expensive than regular bits with 2 cutter tips. For example: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004FLKRT4/?tag=atomicindus08-20

Generally concrete walls are reinforced with many iron bars. Although I have a "rotary hammer drill" always I have trouble opening holes because there are many iron bars into the concrete.

Bosch has a bit especially for bars.
