Looking for Suggestions how this can done this minimizing the possiblity of nicking a wire
I have a conduit on the inside of the house coming from outside - it's sealed with PolyWater Seal. I need to pull a new low voltage cable through.
I have no idea how much or deep the polywater seal is in the pipe (it was done due to water intrusion quite a few years ago)
The capacity of the wire to pipe is only 15% but I don't think running a drill is prudent since the wire can be in any direction or position within the pipe within the embedded dry foam now.
I suppose any sharp wooden stake chipping at it slowly taking forever is the safest course....
Any other ideas how to punch a hole through this within this that would be faster yet just as safe.
