Interested to hear what you guys think of this one. It's a bit... scatter brained but there seems like there might be some good info if you can follow it. I never would have thought of center punching at an angle in a hole that was started in the wrong place to slowly walk the bit sideways.

Need to mount camera on other side so we're not staring at your hands the entire time. Ever use kerosene when drilling aluminum?

AvE typically only shows his hands or equipment. Never his face. He will actually blur out reflections that may show his face. Just his style.

Could also be his camera failing to focus. ;)

He's got some good tips there. I found it odd that he goes into the fact that drill bits make a trilobular hole in sheet metal, and he talks about the merits of step drills, but doesn't mention that step drills make ROUND holes in sheet metal (after the pilot is through), so if you need a round hole in something thin, a step drill is the way to go.
