Are pressure gauges that read sideways not common? Or I guess the feed is on the side vs bottom? I've really only used back and bottom mount in the past.

The one on the small compressor broke when I moved and it feeds from the right side. It was just a cheap thing anyhow, I generally use liquid filled gauges.

I have a normal bottom mount one that'll work, but haven't found a decent side mount (I guess that's the name?). Not a huge deal, just had me wondering.

A 1/4" street ell will fix you right up to use common back or bottom mount gauges

I was talking about the buck-saw
Oh, that. It's a frame saw. It just hangs out there. Y'know how it is when folks find out you're interested in old tools and you don't want to turn them off by rejecting what they bring you, just in case next time it is really cool? That's how you end up with three or four of these.
