i know this is a concrete question but i am in need of some help.
new garage, and now a new driveway
a contractor doing a driveway 2 doors down did a nice job and gave me a good quote [ i had gotten 3 others]
finished friday, to cut on monday but;
the finish looks very amateurish, and this is the front of my home
more then a few ridges and valley's
If this had been the finish at my neighbours i would have moved on
So, what can be done to at least improve the finish,
grinding ? what ? I dont know ?
any suggestions ?

thanks / Bob :dunno:

You were smart, of course, and haven't paid him anything yet.

And you looked at a lot of his prior work to make sure how well he did it.

And you had specific performance specifications in the contract....Yeah?

So have him pull it out and redo.

Right?

It's hard to correct concrete. If you grind it will look ground. Better to just cut out the bad places and start over. That's why people say to not pay until you've had a chance to sit in a chair and look a job over for awhile before pulling out the wallet.
