Another issue with corner lots are the "set Backs" as they apply to both sides. So if you want to install a decorative fence forr any reason, you will loose 10-20 addition feet due to the set back. Also, with the corner lot, you will have an issue with putting a fence near the corner due to driver sight lines for visibility issues ...........

Thanks all. I took a walk through of the house, and it would be very nice for someone who doesn't work on their own cars. The 2.5 car garage leaves room for kid toys or recreational toys like canoes/kayaks/atvs/bikes etc.

But overall, besides the garage issue, the house just wasn't for me.

The fun of house shopping, I guess. I am in no rush, but anxious to have more room.

Outside of cost of heating/cooling/taxes and water runoff, you can never have to big of a shop. [And yes, I know 2.5 car is probably small to many of you ]
