Not much you can do for it. The solvents will eventually dissolve and the asphalt will harden back up, but as far as hiding the damage, about all you can do is reseal the drive. Any sort of patch material will still show. That's one of the big downfalls of asphalt.
If the driveway is fairly new, you may want to check with the company that put it in. A lot of times, they can take a blowtorch on a propane tank and heat up the area and tamp things to repair the affected area. I know it works for cracks. But the longer the drive has been down, the harder it becomes, and chemicals like gas, oil, and solvents will just soften the spots up. And when it does, the original material in the asphalt that bonds it together is basically sort of washed off, leaving less of the bonding material in place.
