Drop down ad at top of screen?

So as the description says, I'm getting an ad at the top of my screen it covers the top bar. I haven't seen this on any other sites.

Am I the only one to see this?

I found that and one other thread about this after I posted.. I had done a search too. Oh well. Thank you tho..
