Try a regular drop light with an LED bulb in it. Much cheaper.

This is exactly what I did when I needed a new bulb for my traditional drop light. 60 watt equivalent LED bulb. $7 at Lowes, good light and no heat which is what I was looking for. I've already dropped it a few times with no issues. Couldn't be happier.

LED is the way to go now. They are stronger than normal incandescent or CLF bulbs. You'll buy one and never need another in that drop light again.

The LED lights work really well. I have a couple small flashlights that I use a lot whenever I am doing something in a small place. They are nice and bright, they don't take up much space, and they don't get hot. They work great.
