DRPD Review

This is my first post here, but I've benefited from others tool reviews for a while. In fact, while researching Japanese tools recently, I decided to try out some Nepros stuff based on positive reviews I found on GJ. Anyhow, I wanted to share my experience buying some Nepros ratchets from DRPD recently. Originally, I was going to order directly from Nepros in Japan, but when I inquired about buying their "ip gold" tools and stuff from their regular KTC line, I was referred to DRPD as they are a US retailer of both KTC and Nepros (among other brands).

I can't say enough good things about these guys! Their customer service is truly second to none. I've now placed 2 orders for Nepros ratchets with them, both times I had shipping notifications within hours of placing my order! I have been emailing back and forth with Mike (the owner I think) about buying some stuff they don't normally stock and he's been thoroughly responsive, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I currently have some KTC sockets and Nepros wrenches on order with their next shipment from Japan. I find the prices to be very reasonable, and they have an impressive stock on hand.

Anyhow, if you're in the market for some high quality tools, check out DRPD. As for the tools themselves, I was so impressed by the first Nepros ratchet that I went back and bought 3 more (anyone know of any tool addiction support groups?). I've personally never held a finer tool.

Just tagging here that yes, DRPD are great. I haven't purchased any Nepros or KTC from them, but my last order was PB Swiss and a USAG level. I am waiting on a restock of a few items to place another order.

I would like to get a Nepros Crowfoot and a NBR290S but the latter is out of stock..

When I purchased my asjmreye brand mini saw, this company did the same thing. I guess those company are doing better and better, especially on customer service!
