I have one of these at work for my work boots that I got from Bass Pro, I spent $100 on it and was happy, definitely a deal for $47.

Menards carries the MaxxDry Unit which looks exactly the same, it's around $26.00 right now with rebate. I got mine over black Friday for $19.99 and they do stock them in some of the stores.

I worked up in the Nantahala mtns, a temperate rainforest, and every day I came home with soaked boots...which I had to have dry and ready to go the next morning. You cannot leave your boots wet or you'll end up with warm water immersion foot. I've had it. It's not fun. This isn't me in the pics below, but that's what it looked like.

My simple solution was to loosen the laces, take out the insole, and pull open the tongue of the boots and sit them with the opening facing a small fan, which ran all night. In the morning, the boots were dry.

Basically one of these. I think I paid $15.

Those dedicated boot driers look pretty nifty, though.
