I was going to do metal or drywall for the interior. Metal because it's durable and instant gratification. Drywall because it's quieter and patchable.
My garage has horizontal purlins running on the inside beams.
I've seen 1/2" drywall (sheetrock brand) in 4x14 sheets. I was wondering if I just cut them down to 13' and stood them up side-to-side how that would hold up? The single taped beveled joint is easy to fill.
