Dual date code mu8

I recently picked up some loose 9/32 snap on stuff, and this mu8 was part of the haul. Appears to have 2 date codes, 1930 and 1933

I occasionally find them with two date codes, usually one year apart.

Speaking of which, I have an old Blue Points Boxocket 1/2" wrench with 6-28 on it; could that be an old date code? No other date mark. Old experimental?

1928, I have seen that code on other BP tools
