Dual mini split install - need size for 50 ft line set

Ordering the equipment for garage install. Getting a 24000 btu Mitsubishi dual air handler 18 seer system. Need 50ft line sets for both air handlers. Quick google search yields a variety of sizes. How do you determine the correct size. I assume btu output plays a large factor?
