Hey Guys/gals

i just found out about these type of extensions (i just posted a post before titled " I think i am in love (koken Extensions) link here http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=150250&highlight=love

I know many manufacturers make dual position extensions.....wobble and straight.

I know snap-on makes them called snap on wobble plus

koken also makes them

and gear wrench also makes them.....http://www.gearwrench.com/catalog/extensions_and_adapters/wobble_extensions/

but i want to know if anyone else makes them 1/4" drive......

i really dont want to buy snap on.........koken is almost the price of snap on.........i am leaning towards gear wrench....but prefer williams or sk.........

now the question............who else makes them

i really dont want to buy something without re-searching it,

thanks again

If you research it enough you will find a lot of people here who prefer a set of wobble and a set of regular but do not like the ones you are researching. I am firmly in that camp.

Yeah I hate wobble-plus style extensions. Every time you want it on wobble, it will click to the straight setting with just the slightest force. It really is worth buying both wobble and straight extensions seperately.

Matco makes really nice ones.

But, yea, I cannot stand wobble extensions. The 2% of the time they are helpful isn't worth me tripping over them the other 98% of the time.

I have them and don't prefer them. The socket flopping around drives me nuts.
