At Advanced Auto Parts, I've seen the 3/8" to 1/2" and the 1/4" to 3/8" sold.

Sears over by me carries the Cal Van adapter like that.

I have both 1/4 to 3/8 and 3/8 to 1/2 their useful at times

I have a couple of those but can't remember the brand. Never have used them.

I use mine at home. there's no brand markings, just 1/4 and 3/8 etched on it and CVT stamped on it. No idea where it came from.

Let's see, it was marked CVT and several folks have identified them as currently being sold by Cal Van.
