Almost forgot, here's a pic of the inside of the 32" Husky cabinet.

Was yours okay (no dents) when you bought the first one? I've seen so many people say that they were dented or dinged when they bought them and had to return. Not specifically Husky, pretty much any brand.

My Free Flow is scheduled to be delivered 3/13! WOO HOO!
So the shelf with the heater is the only shelf you have to put in. The upper one and lower can both be moved to a couple different positions.
Mine was in an untouched although dusty box and all the Husky pieces at Home Depot were on sale.
From my understanding, lowers are usually already assembled and the uppers and cabinets have to be assembled.

Just a quick question, and this might be splitting hairs, but with the new craftsman piece do you feel bottlenecks the doorway at all? It might just be the angle of the pictures for all I know. I guess it's a good thing the door doesn't open the other way.

I can see your point. As you can see the garage presents itself with several challenges and that spot is really the only spot along the wall i could have something. There is actually more room that I've had since moving into this place as i had my shoe box in that spot prior. That's why i wanted small stools and a box that wasn't very deep. I had another picture that would have showed the angle a little better but it failed to upload when i put the last pics up.

If you were a reasonable distance i would love to, seriously.
The process is the most fun part for sure, for me at least. I'm the same way with car modding.
Just a couple small little additions. My Shop vac finally arrived, and i love it. I know I'm biased but its one of the nicest I've seen out there and at $49 i couldn't pass it up. Fit perfect in the bottom shelf of my husky cabinet so I'm very pleased.
My VW emblem finally arrived to fill in the grill i have mounted on the wall, much better
The chrome OEM was what i originally was looking for but for $63, compared to this one @ $14 shipped from hong kong to my door, it was a no brainer hahaha.

I ordered a large matching version of the only decal on my 'Sunday Driver', I'm going to be mounting onto the top of the wall on the right side of my garage, really excited to add that.
Basically a much larger version of this.

I've been thinking a lot about my hose dilemma, the positioning of the hose bib is challenging to say the least. I understand it from the perspective of it being mounted on a wall that will eliminate the possibility of the water line freezing but it creates some headaches for me. I obviously have my long 50' as a standard 25' would not cut it from the location of the bib all the way to the opposite side of a car I'm washing on the driveway. I'm thinking some sort of a slim hose reel will be the best bet. Its squeezed in beside my Husky cabinet and the tool box, and i have about 6 inches width to either mount one or place one on the ground at that location. I've seen a few options from Gardena which seems to be a respectable company in this field. I was actually quite surprised by the high prices for these pieces. I'm also open to suggestions....

I have a similar problem. I would suggest buying a garden hose cart that you would use to wind up your hose. With a quick connect attached to the hose and spout, you can then roll it in place when you need it or remove it when not necessary.

I used to work for Volkswagen Audi in Germany a few years ago and can really understand your enthusiasm. My first car was a VW Polo 86c so I kept a little love on these.

Found these Diamond plate shop lights... Added one to the darkest back section of the garage as i have three different garage ceiling heights
I was looking at the same lights, are you still happy with them? Which bulb did you go with?

Thanks, and coming from a VW guy thats a nice compliment. I definitely envy your past job, wow that would be sweet. I definitely got the VW itch when i got my first 1988 Jetta when i was 18, the feeling has just gotten stronger ever since.
Love the lights for sure , I like the look and the plug in aspect was what i was going for. As for the bulb i used a T8 cool white i think it was.

I checked out the Gardena website. I'm liking the idea of the wall-mounted 20 m roll up hose. Have you checked them out in person? I'm sick of coiling hoses. Hoses and me don't get along.

Haha, thanks Rick, yes that one is on my radar, although i want to try and avoid buying it as its basically $200, which seems crazy for what it is (a hose reel). I'm also toying with the idea of a manual one they have for less then half of that price. I think that Gardena is definitely a quality piece, I remember my dad used to always use their products, and its German! I found a similar one to the one above on clearance at Walmart, made by black and decker but it was huge. 10" wide was too much for the spot i would like to put it. Canadian tire has one my by Yardworks for $99 which is the same look as the gardena above. Think i'll need to get this one out of the box to measure it as they don't give that info on their website.
On a fun note i just picked up a little mini fridge for my garage. I wanted/needed something with specific dimensions, like everything else in my space I guess. This little guy will fit in my Husky cabinet perfectly. Got lucky and found it new on Kijiji! Just perfect for a few beers, water and pops.

Got my little mini fridge set-up and its perfect. Somehow its able to fit 12 cans and a few bottles of water, more then enough....for one night
Here's a couple after taking it out of the packaging to inspect it a little closer.
And now in its home. Officially my favorite shelf of the cabinet.
And full! Near silent operation and even has a little light to boot!
