I fired up the boiler for a new season and it worked for around a week and then stopped. I am trying to troubleshoot the issue. The 110v does go to the controller board but I cannot get any voltage out of the 24v on the internment pilot ignition or on the gas valve. Any idea how I can troubleshoot next? It appears I have 3 main components to deal with here. 1. Gas valve replaced around 8 months ago. 2. controller replaced since new install in 2015 and lastly the internment pilot ignition.

Advice?

Craig

I did replace the internment pilot ignition and that did not change anything. It seems to be a wiring issue I would guess I am not really sure. Hoping someone has a similar unit with some experience. This was a new install in 2015 and it seems to have a new issue every season. These dont seem to be cheap units but I have not had a alot of luck with a 6 year old boiler.

Is there a 24v transformer putting out 24vac? Is there any error LEDs lit?

Might help others if you post brand and model of boiler.

Ooops, sorry, I didn't see brand/model in the title.

I googled dunkirk dxl-125, and 2nd thing that pops up is the operation manual. Does your control board show the water temp? Does it have a red led lit? Means low water. Does it have a green led lit? Means tstat calling for heat. Does it have a green led lit? Means it is putting power to the ignition/gas valve board.
