I've made a linkage to raise the cyclone and lid up off the gray can, a hose hanger, and added an I-Vac remote. Can send more pictures when you get into the build if you like

That would be awesome, Lumpy! Any pics you can share would be appreciated.

I'm going to try and tackle the wiring over the Christmas break, but we all know how busy things get during the holidays... I have to pull off a couple of sections of drywall to do that job, so I very well may put it off until spring.
