i sealed my concrete then when it was saw cut it got dust everywhere n now i am having a hard time getting the dust off i tried pressure washing

Maybe pick up a bag of sweeping compound at a janitorial supply? That may help tremendously.

Try a Scotch scour pad mop to see if that will break it loose.

Good lesson: Always cut concrete with the water attachment on and wet. Mud is easy to hose back into the cut area leaving your floor clean and clear. Water contains 95% of the dust.

Dry-cutting concrete is a HUGE mess that affects everything in your building from the garage torsion spring to the door rollers and gets into every crevice, like your tool box and cabinets. Plus, using your ShopVac to clean it up takes years off the life of your vacuum. Did I mention what silica dust does to your lungs??? Very bad stuff.
