Are you building it yourself or did you contract it out?

Where in KY are you located?

Mike, I am not far from you, I ended up getting a "Material Quote" and Labor Quote, and trying to organize the construction of the building when everyone had free time, it probably would have been this summer before I had it up. I have had this gravel pad in since last summer, after talking to them about building it also, he came and looked at the site, said he could start in a week. These gentlemen are top quality and have plenty of craftsmanship, I highly recommend them if you are looking to build.

Looks like a nice size. Did the guys that built it supply materials or did you buy yourself.

Any ballpark on this project as it stands?

Thanks....Ryan in Eastwood KY

They supplied the materials and a labor quote, I did have to make a few changes to obtain the bldg permit, Should be $15,900 Finished, building only (Installed), I will pour the floor, electric, plumbing. It might be a little less, I'll find out tomorrow, I owe the other half.
If you are in the market for a building, I do recommend these guys, I'm not far from Eastwood, you are more than welcome to come and look it over.

It rained enough to make it a mess, but they said they would be done today!
Plus I got a little discount :)

I need to do a little re-grading, if everything dries out again, I would like to pour the floor in the near future. I ended up right under $15,500 just like it sits. I think they did a great job.

20 tons of gravel spread and tamped today, if mother nature would cooperate on the "Rain Side" we might get it poured next week, also got the gutter/downspout drains in the ground and covered up (Now I just need gutters!!)
