Dwell Meters, who still uses them?

I don't use them as often as I did at one time but I use something in this drawer at least once a month.

Im giving mine to a deserving young man I know who has an antique car after I verify it works. It seems rather rare as it has 3 wires to connect (+12, GND, COIL PRIMARY) vs 2 that most of the vintage units have. I cant find user instructions for it online and only found one other pix online of the same model. I bought it to maintain my 1957 Bel Air in the mid to late 60's. Wish I still had that car!

Only tach uses the 3rd wire. Mine has a clamp the goes around plug wire number 1.

Yes, I still have my dad's dwell meeting, as well as a timing light. Last time we used them together was a on a classic mini, but its at least 10 years ago now before he passed.
