The chamfer is part of the fastener specification, so I doubt it.

Why do you want it?

Yes, they do exist. Its typically a fastener designed to be low profile. Most are sold as specialty sockets. FWIW inverted torx plus naturally seems to have a little less lead-in taper.

I'm not sure why they say that, i have one (maybe E8) and that countersink is very shallow, almost flat.

Does the part number come up as a specialty version? It wouldn't be the first time an e-torx socket went out without the chamfer being ground in. Easy to miss in QC.

Have made a few for small shallow heads using a bench grinder followed up with touching it to a fine belt on a belt sander...
