Well my first thought for e Torx universal sockets was KoKen.
They are top quality and they don’t load the price of their universal sockets as much as some. In the U.K. they are little more costly than Taiwanese. There are other choices though.
You will have to buy a 1/4” drive set and a 3/8” set to get the number of sockets you want. Maybe 1/2” as well.
If you want impact universal torx, then I’m thinking it’s got to be Koken. Can’t think of anything else that’s not expensive.
Snap On makes some of the better swivel E torx sockets,a couple are the E8 and E10 in 1/4 drive.VIM makes a set,some of the sizes don't fit in certain spots very well.One is the E8 which is in 3/8 drive.
