I see that this company made large machines, wondering if this wrench was made for a specific machine, but it has no hole for a lanyard or hanger hook. Haven’t found a picture of one like it online. Any ideas?

Set screw wrench, which would be for tightening something that was clamped. Probably for an adjustment, or holding a part that would be replaced often. These were used on things like textile looms, machine tool bit holders, and the like.
