This is my first post and I would like to see what the general consensus is on eagle carports I will be building a fully enclosed 24 by 41 eagle carports and I'd like to know what everybody's idea is when it comes to the build quality warranty et cetera et cetera on the same brand. The post are 14 gauge four foot on center and the panels 29 gauge. I live in louisiana for I have to deal with very hot summers and hurricane however winter is no concern. Obviously I will be insulated and air conditioning the shop but I just need to know how you feel about the build quality of eagle carports. Thank you for your time and suggestions or alternatives. I should also mention that they quoted me 15,000 dollars which includes the slab work 8 by 10 roll up door and 1 access doors no windows.

Also an enclosed carport style garage by TNT is another option if Eagle doesnt pass muster. I cant wait to get my man cave! Any of you guys had luck with Eagle or TNT?

I have a TNT 24x24 and a quality outdoors 16x36 and both are great. I will say the TNT is a more finished then the quality outdoors but both have done the job.
The TNT has two roll ups and two windows, while the quality has just one roll up. The one roll up was huge mistake cuz it gets very hot inside all year around down here. I do have a attic vent fan in both. It's keeps the 24x24 cool but it's a lost cause on the 16x36.
I did all the concrete work myself a lot cheaper to rent a tractor and form it myself then the prices I was quoted.

It seems that the TNT and the Eagle have a whole lot in common. Guess Im just trying to figure out if building a garage thats been retrofitted out of material (2"x2" 14 gauge square tubing 4' on center and 29 gauge aluminum panel) is gonna be regrettable. Alternative options are always helpful. $15000 gets me a 24x41 with eight foot walls 8x10 door, access door and the slab. Thank you in advance

Hard to fit a lift in with 8' walls. :( Its well worth the extra to plan now and pay extra.

Tell me about it. My F250 doesnt even fit in the current garage with a seven foot door. Takes a shoe horn, a tub of butter and some airing down of the tires to get it in there. Anything less than a brake job and we stay out on the driveway.
