Eagle natural seal, is it slipper?

I already bought a 5 gallon bucket of eagle natural seal to seal the new floor of my detached garage. The concrete is polished so it is nice and smooth. My wife will be parking her car in the garage soon. If I apply this eagle natural seal to my polished concreted floor will it make it slippery or slipperier(if that's a word) when she pulls the car into the garage after it rains? I'd hate to turn it into an ice rink and her potentially get hurt. Is there any previous users that could way in on this topic? Thanks.

According to their website it’s a water based penetrating sealer that won’t change the appearance so I doubt it will make your floor any more slippery.

Is your floor already slippery when wet?

No, it won't. It's a penetrating sealer and will not leave a film or coating on the surface. It seals the concrete at the sub surface, so it will retain the level of grip that it does now when wet.

After looking at your website it appears that my floor is not polished but actually just power troweled. I guess I shouldn't have any issues with it becoming slippery.

Does it still have to be etched before application? I’m considering the Eagle seal also.

I just swept/blew of my floor real good and then applied it. Its beading up nice like its supposed to. I haven't gotten to test its "sealing effectiveness" yet but its cool to see the water bead up, it looks just like a freshly waxed car.
